Aluminium windows, doors and bifold doors on a luxury newbuild

We recently collaborated with Boss Construction, a local property developer by supplying them with bespoke Aluminium double glazing. The property was one of their latest new build development projects in the stunning village of Nettleham, near Lincoln.

This spectacular new build property boasts an impressive amount of large glazed areas throughout. Our experienced teams fabricated and installed bespoke double glazing. This included aluminium gable windows, entrance doors and bifold doors.

The aluminium profiles provide an ultra-slim sightline, opening up the home to an ample amount of natural light. Resulting in beautiful panoramic views for the homeowners.

The glazing was an integral part of the design of this property. We used aluminium profiles from industry-leading supplier AluK throughout. including the BSF70 HI, 58BW and 58BD profiles throughout the property.

The AluK Optio BSF70 system we used to create the bifold door seamlessly blends practicality with sophistication. These ‘tested, tried and trusted’ bifolding doors have a firm place in the newbuild homes market. It features a unique flush line pop-out handle that allows for maximum door opening. One of the key features of the bifold door are high-performance stainless-steel rollers for smooth and consistent operation.

Aluminium has become an increasingly popular material for use on many contemporary new build properties due to the versatility and longevity of the material. It is one of the more eco-friendly materials within the industry. We expect this to continue to be the go-to option for premium builds in the years ahead.
