We have had an absolutely fantastic experience with this company from the initial site visit right through to installation. While there was a very minor hiccup with communication at one point, it was nothing significant and certainly didn't detract from the overall excellent service. In fact, their handling of unexpected issues was impressive; two days before the installation, I received a phone call letting me know that one of our front door's frosted glass panels had cracked. They immediately gave me a range of clear options on how to proceed. We are currently just waiting for the new glass panel to arrive to be fitted, which was handled completely stress-free. The installation team, Ady and Jason, were phenomenal. I have nothing but the absolute best to say about them. They were incredibly polite, friendly, and approachable throughout the entire process. They worked remarkably quickly and efficiently, managing to fit a brand-new front door and seven windows in just a day and a half. On top of that, they cleaned up thoroughly as they went, leaving absolutely no mess behind. We are thrilled with the results and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Not only is their workmanship outstanding, but they are incredibly friendly engaging and have been totally respectful of our home throughout the entire process. For anyone thinking of changing windows / doors. We have just had all our double glazed windows and doors replaced (22 windows, 2 French doors, 1 front door and 1 back door) by Jackson Windows / Trade Glaze and I can’t recommend them highly enough, they have done a fantastic job. The price was way lower than anyone else, like a third less, no hard sell (to be honest the salesman was more inclined to try and save you money by explaining the cost versus benefits of each option, rather than trying to sell you everything). The whole installation was simple being completed in 4 days and the product is well built.
