The team was brilliant—fast, professional, and incredibly neat. Since our house is made of concrete, we were worried about potential damage to the walls, but they handled it perfectly without a single mark. A special shout-out to Mike, who did an amazing job and clearly takes great pride in his work. We decided to get double glazed windows and the differences to our old ones is shocking. The temperature in the house rised about 1,5-2°. We've had them for a year now and I'm just after having them wash so I had a proper look on it. I can assure everyone, there is no scratches, dirt from glue or foam, nothing like that. We’ve had Tradeglaze replace all our wooden sash windows, we’d taken a couple of years trying to find the right company to supply and fit them and I a very happy that we found Tradeglaze. Our fitters Tony and Kristian were excellent, treated the property with respect, made very little mess but cleaned up after so you wouldn’t know they’d been here!! The windows look great, we are very happy and would definitely recommend Tradeglaze to anyone thinking of replacement windows or even in a new build. Starting with Brian coming out and helping with product and design to Shaun coming out & overseeing the job. Ady and Jason were so polite & professional & took great pride in their work & finish especially when fitting the Astragal bars. They were the tidiest workmen on our project. Excellent customer service from the first contact. Friendly staff. Very helpful with understanding what we wanted and providing advice and quotes very quickly, which was surprisingly much lower than other quotes. Surveyor who came out was very professional and answered any of our questions. The workmanship of fitting the windows was excellent. I expected some damage to areas or mess but when I returned home to find them fitted, you wouldn't have even known anything had been done (apart from the lovely new quality windows) as there was no damage and the lads cleaned up after themselves. After having problems with a previous local company, we decided to go with tradeglaze instead and we couldn’t recommend them enough. The quality of the bi-folds are excellent and they’ve made such a difference to our home.
