Sales Representative

Tradeglaze is a growing, award-winning manufacturer and installer of bespoke uPVC and Aluminium glazing products including windows, doors, and curtain walling solutions. We work with trade, commercial and domestic customers across the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire regions and are very proud of our reputation for being a modern, customer-centred, reliable supplier. We are looking for a talented sales representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively follow up with prospective customers.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand customers’ needs and provide bespoke solutions using our extensive portfolio of market-leading glazing products.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience in the fenestration industry welcomed but not essential; a comprehensive product training programme will be provided.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Installation Team

We are looking for skilled and experienced window fitters to join our award-winning and growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation of windows, doors and curtain walling in both residential and commercial properties.

Job Type: Employed/ Self-Employed

Responsibilities: 

• Installing windows, doors, conservatories, and other bespoke products according to building codes and  specifications.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
• Supportive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience.
• Experience fitting uPVC is required.
• Experience of fitting aluminium is desirable.
• Driving license essential.
• ·CSCS and MTC desirable.
• Attention to detail is essential for this role.
• A passion for the building and construction industry.
