Sales Support Coordinator
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales process and developing sales within the business, with the ultimate objective of helping the sales team to achieve their targets.

Job Description:
Working closely with the Sales Managers, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience throughout the sales process. This may include some or all of the following:
- Following up on leads generated by our marketing team. Understanding the opportunity and communicating that to the Sales Managers.
- Requesting sufficient information to allow us to provide a quote and meet the customers’ expectations. In some instances, quoting for the business yourself.
- Following up outstanding quotes and providing updates to the Sales Managers.
- Monitoring all quotes that turn into orders ensuring that we deliver according to our Customer Service Charter.
- Ensuring that all forms of communication are recorded in our Customer Relationship Management Software.
- Generating reports as required by The Sales Managers and the wider Management Team.
- Reacting positively to customer requests and queries.
- Contributing to the company’s continual improvement plan.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A process driven individual with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment using their own initiative.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset

Assistant Accountant
We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Accounts Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our busy accounts team. This could be a part time role that would particularly suit someone wanting to work around school hours. However full time would also be considered.

Job Description:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is AAT qualified/part qualified with Sage 50 accounts experience. Although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will have:
- Worked in a busy account’s environment dealing with day-to-day issues and meeting deadlines.
- Had experience in all areas of accountancy and be prepared to offer support where needed. Experience in purchase ledger, credit control and wages would be an advantage.
- The role will involve an element of costing and data analysis so accomplished Excel and Access skills would be welcome.
- GCSE level 5 and above in Maths and English.
- A practical and outgoing personality as you will be expected to work with all departments and managers within the business.
- For the right candidate we would look to provide support towards continuing your AAT qualification.
