Marketing Executive
Tradeglaze is a growing, award-winning manufacturer and installer of bespoke fenestration products. We work with trade, commercial, and domestic customers across the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, and South Yorkshire regions to supply innovative, high-end glazing solutions to their projects.

We are looking for creative marketing talent to join our marketing department to help further raise the profile of our company and grow the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer to develop their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll play a key role in implementing our marketing campaigns and generating new enquiries for our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organise and attend trade events in the East Midlands to represent Tradeglaze and our sister company, Jackson Windows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to capture post-installation photography and videography, and manage the company’s media gallery.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure marketing captures the required photography/videography to showcase projects.
- Conduct regular market and competitor research.
- Write copy for a range of communication channels, including the website, internal newsletters, local magazines, and brochures/flyers.
- Implement social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive engagement, across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write home inspiration articles for homeowners for our retail company, Jackson Windows.
- Mail out brochures to prospects.
- Report on KPIs weekly.
- Bring new ideas to the table every day!
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills & Experience:
- Marketing Experience: 2 years (required).
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient (required).
- WordPress or CMS: Advanced working knowledge (required).
- Adobe and Canva Applications: Advanced working knowledge (required).
- Video Skills: Strong video recording and editing skills (desirable).
- SEO: Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation (desirable).
- Communication: Excellent communicator, confident in meeting new people and building relationships.
- Creativity: Creative, imaginative, and a fast learner with a hands-on approach.
- Copywriting: Exceptional creative copywriting skills.
- Standards: Sets and maintains high standards at all times.
- Attitude: Willingness to learn and ask for help and direction.
The successful candidate will receive full training on company objectives, product portfolio, and marketing systems.
Role Details:
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
- Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum, DOE.
- Location: Tradeglaze offices, 16 Bishops Road, Lincoln, LN2 4JZ.
