Tradeglaze collaborates with Lindum Homes to deliver high-performance glazing for landmark Lincoln development Charterholme

Tradeglaze partnered with Lindum Homes to supply and install high-performance windows and doors for One at Charterholme, the first phase of the landmark Charterholme development on the western edge of Lincoln.

Charterholme is set to deliver 3,200 new homes over the next 25 years, alongside new commercial and community facilities. The development is designed to create a thriving, well connected neighbourhood that will serve generations of Lincoln residents.

The first phase comprises 52 energy-efficient homes, and Tradeglaze are manufacturing and installing innovative Liniar windows and doors designed to complement the development’s future-proof design that incorporates PV solar panels, EV charging points and air source heat pumps.

All the windows and doors were made at Tradeglaze’s 13,000 square foot factory on Bishop’s Road in Lincoln, just seven miles from the development, before being fitted by the company’s award-winning installation teams.

Charterholme is one of many successful projects Tradeglaze and Lindum Homes have worked on together over the years, and further developments are under way.
