Why choose a composite door?
Composite doors offer the look and feel of a timber door without any of the inherent problems, such as cracking, bowing or twisting. They have a high-density foam core which offers excellent strength and thermal performance, and a durable Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) skin to protect from the elements. GRP is the same materials that is used to make the hull of lifeboats – demonstrating just how tough it really is! And unlike timber, composite doors are incredibly low maintenance – an occasional wipe over with a damp cloth will restore it to it’s original finish.

Our composite doors have a rigid polymer subframe, a high density CFC-free polyurethane foam core, impact-resistant GRP skin, a five point locking system and an anti-snap, bump, pick and drill cylinder fitted with a guard for ultimate security. You can be assured that you are offering high levels of security to your customers with your door choice. All our doors can achieve PAS 24 2016 Enhanced Security and Secured by Design accreditation.
2. Limitless color and style choices
Our composite door range is available in virtually any colour. This includes our standard range of White, Red, Green, Blue, Black, Light Oak and Rosewood, to bespoke laminated foils and a premium range in any RAL CLASSIC colour – both frame and door. Our doors are supplied with white internal colour as standard, however coloured both sides is available on request.

3. Outstanding thermal performance
The warm foam core allows our composite doors to have a significantly better U-Value than traditional timber doors. The 100% CFC free polyurethane insulating core provides superior thermal performance as well as enhancing sound proofing. In fact, selected styles offer U-Value as low as 0.8W/m2K! In addition to that, we offer upgrades to glass options which increase the thermal performance of the door.
4. Exceptional weather resistance
Come rain or shine, our doors are built to resist the elements. Extremes of temperatures can play havoc on some doors, exposing them to problems like warping and cracking, but not with our composite doors. Thanks to the water proof skin and triple sealed uPVC outer frame our composite doors will never swell or stick as no moisture is able to get into it.
Our composite doors skins are made from GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) and won’t fade, crack or warp, so your door will carry on functioning perfectly whatever the weather.
