Tradeglaze collaborates with Wilcox Homes for second phase of Homestead Fields, helping enhance village life and community

Now entering its second major phase, the 329-home site has begun development opening access from the main Lincoln bound road, marking another exciting chapter in this thriving Lincolnshire community.

Our collaboration with Wilcox Homes spans over a decade and is built on shared values of quality, local craftsmanship, and customer-first design. For Homestead Fields, we are supplying bespoke performance glazing including energy efficient casement windows in a variety of styles and finishes from elegant Agate Grey to Cream Foil shades that complement each home’s unique character.

To complete the look and ensure security, we also provided composite doors in timeless shades Moondust Grey and Slate Grey. All properties are fitted with sleek bifold doors that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor areas. We are delighted to have helped shape homes that feel personal, welcoming, and connected to their surroundings, for first-time buyers as well as families looking to grow.
