Introducing our April Employee of the Month, Ben O’Connor! Ben is a fabricator in our uPVC factory and plays a key role in manufacturing bespoke products for East Midlands trade, commercial and domestic customers. Having been with Tradeglaze for an impressive 18 years, Ben’s dedication and spirit make him the perfect choice for this month’s prestigious award.
A Team Player Through and Through
Ben shares what he loves most about working at Tradeglaze: “The biggest thing for me is the people, I’ve been here 18 years and the guys are always smiling and joking around. I think the support network and camaraderie created by the team plays such an important role in my longevity with the company.”

Life Beyond the Glass
Away from the workplace, Ben is a self-proclaimed family man and sports enthusiast. “I am a Dad first and foremost,” he says proudly. When he’s not spending quality time with his family, he cheers for West Ham football club and is a keen golfer!
