Meet Our August Employee of the Month: Lukasz Litynski
We are delighted to introduce, Lukasz Litynski, our August Employee of the Month! He is a skilled fabricator in our Aluminium factory and plays a key role in manufacturing bespoke high specification products for our East Midlands trade, commercial and domestic customers.
Lukasz will be celebrating an impressive 10 years with Tradeglaze in the new year and his dedication makes him the perfect choice for this month’s award!
What Lukasz Enjoys Most About Working at Tradeglaze
With a keen eye for detail, Lukasz thrives on the precision required in his role. He explains:
“I love building things. Seeing how the different pieces fit together is like solving a puzzle. It’s really satisfying to see the finished product come together and know I’m sending high-quality products out to our customers.”
Changes and Challenges
In our Aluminium factory, no two days are the same. Lukasz enjoys working on complex commercial door systems:
“I really enjoy building the commercial door systems in particular. They are a challenge, with lots of hand assembly and precise measurements, and I find the process rewarding.
Over the years, our product portfolio has developed a lot as customers’ needs and preferences change. While bifold doors remain popular, I’ve noticed a big increase in demand for patio sliding doors among both trade and retail customers.”
Lukasz’s Take on Joining the Glazing Industry
For those considering a career in the fenestration industry, Lukasz offers some helpful advice: “I think the main thing is being conscientious in how you present yourself, be willing to work hard and turn up. The rest you will learn as you go.”

His technical knowledge and attention to detail make him a valued fabricator. He has a great work ethic, regularly volunteers for overtime and consistently arrives on time. Notably, during a busy period Lukasz undertook overtime hours and learned to fabricate two of our newer products. In acknowledgement of his skills, knowledge and hard work, we believe Lukasz deserves this recognition.”
