Meet Porcia Stow – Our New Customer Service and Site Liaison Coordinator
We’re delighted to welcome Porcia Stow, our new Customer Service and Site Liaison Coordinator, to the Tradeglaze team!
This new role reflects our continued growth and investment in people and processes. Since joining just a few months ago, Porcia has quickly become a valued team member, bringing fresh ideas and a wealth of customer service experience.
We caught up with Porcia to hear about her journey so far, her experience at Tradeglaze, and her goals for the future:
What does a typical day look like for you?
My role is both dynamic and rewarding, offering a unique perspective on the installation and customer service journey.
Half of my week is spent out on-site, working closely with our trade customers. I focus on building strong relationships, guiding them through the installation process, and ensuring everything is set for a smooth and timely install. Once the work is complete, I return to inspect the finished job and make sure it meets our highest standards.
The other half of my week is spent in the office, where I handle customer queries, resolve any issues that arise, and coordinate the next steps to keep everything on schedule. It’s all about delivering the best outcomes for our customers and making sure they’re fully prepared.
Building and maintaining these relationships is key—not only does it reduce stress for our customers, but it also keeps projects running efficiently and successfully.

Tell us more about what good customer service means to you?
Customer service is at the heart of any successful business, and should be a top priority. It’s not just about solving problems—it’s about building trust, earning loyalty, and giving customers a reason to come back.
We’re often providing the final piece in someone’s dream home or a major project, so how we guide that journey really matters. I want every customer to walk away with a great experience that leaves a lasting impression.
What aspect of your role have you enjoyed the most so far?
Since joining the team, I’ve genuinely enjoyed the journey—every day has brought something new, from learning about our products to meeting a wide range of people. I’ve thrown myself into the role and have already had some incredibly rewarding experiences.
It’s also been great to see the results of a more proactive approach: fewer aborted jobs, fewer remediations, and smoother outcomes all around. For me, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing a problem resolved and a customer walk away genuinely happy.
What are you most looking forward to in the future in regards to your role?
I’m excited to keep growing here and especially proud to be working on our Customer Service Level Charter. It’s a big project, but it will really shape the customer journey moving forward.
My goal is to master the liaison process with confidence, creativity, and drive meaningful change for both customers and the business.
What surprised you the most about working in the fenestration industry?
To be completely honest, the fenestration industry was entirely new to me when I first joined I had no idea what I was stepping into. While I’d worked in the trades before, this was a whole different level. The professionalism, the attention to detail, and the pride that goes into every single project really stood out to me.
What surprised me most is just how much depth there is to this industry. Every component plays a crucial role and understanding it all has been a steep but fascinating learning curve—one I’m still climbing. What truly shifted my perspective was seeing the genuine passion behind both the product and the service. It’s contagious. Now, I suspect I may be a glazing convert for life!

When she’s not on-site or solving customer queries, Porcia has been learning to play the harmonica. She is currently in the process of learning to play Stand by Me by Ben E. King!
